TODO is a task management app available at todo.valdemird.com. It is a personal side project, built and operated by me, Sebastián Caja, an individual based in Colombia. It is not a company and there is no team behind it. By using TODO, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to them, please do not use TODO.
You must be at least 13 years old to use TODO. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using TODO, you represent that you meet these requirements. Parents and guardians are responsible for the activities of minors under their care when using TODO.
You sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. I reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree not to: (a) use TODO for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to TODO or its systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt TODO; (d) upload malicious content or spam; (e) impersonate others; (f) use TODO to harass, abuse, or harm others; (g) use automated systems to access TODO without permission.
TODO, including its design, code, and branding, is my property. You retain ownership of all content you create using TODO (tasks, lists, descriptions). By using TODO, you grant me a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide TODO to you.
TODO includes AI-powered features that generate task suggestions and organizational recommendations. These AI features are provided "as is". Suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your needs. You are solely responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to apply AI suggestions. AI-generated content is not moderated specifically for any age group. Your conversations with the AI assistant are stored to provide you with history; they are not used to train AI models.
Your use of TODO is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which describes how I collect, use, and protect your personal data. Please review it carefully.
TODO is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sebastián Caja shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of TODO, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.
I may update these Terms over time. If I make material changes, you will be notified through TODO (for example, by being asked to re-accept the updated terms). Continuing to use TODO after changes means you accept the new Terms.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. I may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted from the servers. I recommend exporting your data before deleting your account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colombia. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.
