Welcome to TODO ("the Service"), a task management application available at todo.valdemird.com. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Sebastián Caja, an individual based in Colombia.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements. Parents and guardians are responsible for the activities of minors under their care when using the Service.
You sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) upload malicious content or spam; (e) impersonate others; (f) use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others; (g) use automated systems to access the Service without permission.
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of Sebastián Caja. You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service (tasks, lists, descriptions). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service to you.
The Service includes AI-powered features that generate task suggestions and organizational recommendations. These AI features are provided "as is". Suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your needs. You are solely responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to apply AI suggestions. AI-generated content is not moderated specifically for any age group. Your conversations with the AI assistant are stored to provide you with history; they are not used to train AI models.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. Please review it carefully.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sebastián Caja shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service (for example, by requiring you to accept the updated terms). Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. The Service is currently free. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future with prior notice.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted from our servers. We recommend exporting your data before deleting your account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colombia. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.
